• Unopened with packaging and protective seals intact,
• Not tried on,
• Unused, and
• Hygienically intact.

If these conditions are not met, and the products are deemed unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, your right to withdraw will not apply, and such returns will not be accepted.

All other clothing and accessory items must be unused and undamaged due to misuse.
